This is easily the number #1 question always asked of any builder. Most often we'll get a phone call asking how much a home will cost to build based on a fixed cost per square foot. We've been involved in building projects that cost as little as $50 a square foot to hundreds of dollars per square foot.

We completely understand that you may simply be trying to determine how much house you can reasonably afford. Since building projects vary tremendously, it is impossible for any reputable builder to honestly answer this question in a few minutes over the phone.
